Pre-launch review draftPrepared September 21, 2026Effective date: pending
This is a proposed agreement for review, not an effective contract.

Business contact information, campaign-specific commitments and applicable legal provisions must be confirmed before adoption. Reading this draft does not record acceptance or authorize a payment. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.

1. Scope and eligibility

These proposed Terms concern the Drawmint website and enabled online services operated by Connetcting Inc (“Drawmint,” “we,” “us”). Once finalized and properly presented for acceptance, they will govern the services they identify, together with any campaign or purchase terms explicitly shown before an order.

Account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement, including meeting a higher local age of majority if applicable. The present platform does not provide independent child accounts or verified parental-consent enrollment. A future family or child experience will require its own appropriate safeguards and terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. A privacy notice is not blanket consent to optional marketing, model training or unrelated processing.

2. Your account

Use accurate account information and a Google account you are entitled to use. You are responsible for reasonable protection of your account and for activity you authorize. Notify us through the configured support channel if you believe your account has been compromised. You are not automatically responsible for activity caused by our own failure to provide required security.

Saving a preferred bundle, a drawing or a delivery address does not place an order, reserve stock or authorize a charge. Download important creations if you need an independent copy. Sign-in availability depends on Google and on the configuration of the Drawmint service.

3. Available services and development status

Enabled features may include drawing, private artwork storage, AI-assisted polishing, version management, reviewed community sharing, an address book and payment checkout. Configuration, usage limits, maintenance or provider availability can affect access. Applicable paid entitlements and limits must be disclosed before purchase; free preview limits do not promise a permanent free service.

Concept images, proposed hardware specifications, estimated schedules and roadmap features are not evidence of finished hardware or shipped functionality. Confirmed campaign specifications and purchased entitlements must be identified separately. We will not rely on general roadmap wording to remove rights or materially change an already accepted order.

We may restrict an account for credible security threats, unlawful use or material violations, using proportionate measures. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to seek review. Account suspension does not automatically forfeit paid consumer rights.

4. Your drawings and intellectual property

You retain the rights you already hold in drawings, uploads and other material you submit. You must have the necessary permission to use that material, including any relevant copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy rights.

The proposed service license is non-exclusive, worldwide and limited to hosting, copying, processing, transmitting and displaying your content as necessary to provide the functions you request, secure the service and meet applicable obligations. It permits relevant service providers to perform those tasks for us. It does not give us a general right to publish your private artwork, advertise with it, sell it or train models on it.

Community sharing is a separate, intentional action. When you submit a selected work, the publication confirmation permits us to store it, generate a watermarked preview and display that preview with your selected public name and work information after review. It does not authorize advertising reuse, sales or model training. You can withdraw a submission; copies already made by viewers cannot be recalled. An edit requires a new review. Viewing or saving another creator’s preview grants no download, redistribution or commercial-use license.

Generated results may be subject to provider terms and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, copyrightable, exclusive to you, registrable or cleared for commercial use. Calling an item a “digital asset” means a saved creative file, not a token, security, investment product or guarantee of ownership of every element it contains.

Drawmint's branding, site software and materials supplied by us remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Downloading your own artwork does not grant a right to represent yourself as Drawmint or use its branding commercially.

5. AI-assisted creation

AI polishing is probabilistic. It can misunderstand a sketch, alter its subject or pose, introduce unwanted content, resemble existing work or fail. Review results before publishing, manufacturing or commercial use. The platform does not guarantee that AI output will preserve every original stroke or satisfy a legal, professional or factual standard.

The current studio asks for confirmation before sending a selected drawing to MiniMax. A new AI result is kept separately from the source sketch. Availability, timing and quality depend partly on the provider. Where the interface says attempts count toward a limit, failed attempts may count; any paid-credit treatment and remedies must be disclosed before purchase.

Do not use the service to process sensitive information or make high-stakes decisions about a person. Nothing in these Terms overrides the provider's applicable restrictions or your statutory rights.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Drawmint to violate another person's rights, create unlawful abusive or exploitative material, impersonate people deceptively, distribute malicious software, access another user's private work, bypass authentication or usage limits, or disrupt the service. Do not upload personal information about others without a valid basis and any required permission.

We may investigate credible reports and restrict content or access as reasonably necessary. Community submissions require administrator approval before publication; this is not a guarantee of originality, safety or legal clearance. Signed-in visitors can report a public work for review. Creators can see a rejection reason and edit and resubmit their work. A working external reporting and appeal channel must also be provided before public launch.

7. Crowdfunding, prices and payments

A saved bundle preference is an expression of interest only. A paid pledge or purchase can occur only through an enabled checkout with the bundle, amount, currency, seller and applicable purchase terms clearly presented. The final checkout must also disclose delivery charges and taxes, or how they will be determined, before you commit.

Stripe processes enabled card payments. A return page, sample card, button click or pending checkout is not proof of payment; the platform verifies payment status with the provider. Test-mode payments do not purchase a product. The current checkout model is a one-time payment; a recurring subscription would need separate, clear pricing and authorization.

Crowdfunding involves development and manufacturing risks, including delays and changes that must be communicated honestly. It is not an equity investment and does not promise a financial return. Describing a transaction as crowdfunding does not by itself remove applicable consumer protections.

Before accepting live pledges: finalize the exact rewards, campaign model, funding conditions, expected schedule, territories, tax and delivery treatment, cancellation policy and what happens if the project cannot proceed. This draft supplies none of those missing commercial commitments.

8. Delivery addresses and backer cards

Provide complete and accurate delivery details and check them again for each order. An address saved in your account is not confirmation that your country is supported. Changing your address book does not automatically change an accepted order; order-address changes must be confirmed before the applicable fulfillment cutoff.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless a binding commitment is expressly stated. We will communicate material delays and the remedies required by the applicable purchase terms and law. The final campaign must explain shipping charges, customs and import duties rather than silently assigning undisclosed costs to you.

A backer card is intended as a record or keepsake for an eligible verified pledge. A sample image is not redeemable. Redemption timing is distinct from a shipping date. Unless expressly stated in the final offer, a card is not cash, a transferable bearer instrument or a separate commercial artwork license. Card generation, email delivery and redemption remain subject to the stated feature availability; they must not be presented as completed when only a preview exists.

9. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights

Campaign-specific cancellation, refund and warranty terms must be supplied before payment. The platform does not adopt an “all sales final” rule through this draft. If a project is cancelled, cannot deliver the promised reward or materially fails to meet the contract, applicable law and the agreed campaign terms determine the available remedies.

Consumers may have mandatory cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund rights. Where EU or UK withdrawal rights apply, any exception or loss of a digital-content withdrawal right requires the legally required conditions and disclosures; using an AI feature alone is not a blanket waiver. A commercial warranty does not replace statutory rights.

The current interface can display payment and refund status, but it does not provide an automated refund-request process. A functioning support channel and an operational refund procedure are required before live sales.

10. Animation, music, community and licensing

Animation, songs, stories, companion-app functions and commercial licensing are roadmap items unless expressly identified as available and included in your purchase. A hardware pledge does not automatically include unlimited AI usage or perpetual access to future services.

The community preview supports reviewed public sharing, favorites and reports. It does not currently offer paid downloads, a platform coin, creator balances or cash-out. Publication, promotional reuse and commercial licensing require clear, separate choices or agreements; they are not inferred merely because you saved a private drawing. A future marketplace must disclose its licensing scope, fees, seller responsibilities and dispute process before a transaction.

11. Responsibility, third parties and disputes

We are responsible for the service obligations and legal duties that apply to us. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI output or the conduct of independent third-party services. Their applicable terms may also govern your direct use of them, but those terms do not excuse our own obligations.

Nothing in this draft excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. No arbitrary liability cap, blanket indemnity, mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver is imposed by this draft.

We encourage users to contact support to resolve a concern, without restricting access to regulators, courts or other legally available remedies. Governing-law and forum provisions require review once the company's legal location and target markets are confirmed. Any final choice must preserve the mandatory protections applicable to consumers where they live.

12. Changes, adoption and contact

The final Terms will include an effective date and be presented through an appropriate acceptance process. Material changes will be notified and will not silently rewrite an existing paid commitment. Additional consent or acceptance will be obtained where required. Merely displaying these draft links does not record contractual acceptance.
